Lost and found

SWEET: I think one of the best feelings in the world is finding something that you thought there was no chance in hell you ever would ... especially after you've spent a long, long time looking for it. (And no, I'm not talking about a successful relationship) Case in point, I needed to see if a repair to my car was covered under my extended warranty. Now, I vaguely remember a couple years ago trying to find this extended warranty for some reason. Naturally I thought it would be in my glove box with the rest of my car manuals, booklets, etc. But no. So, when I realized I once again needed it, I slightly panicked. Last night I went outside in my pajamas to search the glove box once again, and once again I came up empty. However, I figured that since I was outside, I might as well take this chance to clean out my car and try to rid it of the beach/sand/wet car funk that has been present since the weekend. I filled an entire garbage bag with trash.

Anyway, in the pocket on the back of my passenger's seat, I have an assload of folders with directions to various places I've been. I am a very organized traveler. I print out directions to and fro, and then put them in a colored folder. Then, when I am done with the journey, I put them in the seat pocket. I decided to look through these just in case, and TA DAAAAAAAAAA! A folder with car stuff, including the warranty! Perhaps an insignificant victory for everyone reading this, but a HUGE accomplishment for me. And -- icing on the cake -- the repair is covered!

SWEET: I hate to state the obvious, but it's Friday, peeps!
