Back

I've avoided posting stuff lately largely because I haven't had it in me. Really, it's not so much avoiding it as just not being able to. I really haven't had much to say, other than "Marlboro Ultra Lights" to some lovely gas station attendant. But then I saw Sarah's post on Lisa Frank and I felt inspired. What else can those neon colors do to you but inspire? I mean really.

SWEET: So anyway, Friday I bought a scanner/printer/copier combo. I bought it only for its scanning capabilities, because even before digital photography, there were some really good times! And I thought they deserved to be ... well ... OK, posted on Facebook. Fine. I admit it. But I had so much fun going through old pictures and picking out which ones I'd present to my 189 best friends (and their friends).

SWEET: I'm halfway through New Moon, and I like it. Some parts (i.e. enormous wolves; vampires who whisper "mouthwatering" when they catch a whiff of your hair ...) scare the crap out of me. Also, Bella annoys me slightly. But it's nice to have a new book to read ... even if it's at 2:30 a.m. cause I can't sleep.

SOUR: Not being able to sleep. I am so out of it today that I could barely follow along during my last meeting. And this was bad cause it was a one-on-one meeting. I'm sure I was squinting a lot. Ugh.

SOUR: Is it lunchtime yet? No, no it isn't.

I second those YAYS! Has there been a green beer plan made without me?

Yes, I feel you on the not sleeping. I woke up at 4am this morning. I decided not to fight it. I'm reading Family Tree by Barbara Delinsky. Well, now I'm exhausted. And, I'm about to go to a meeting. This could be ugly.

I am also glad you are back blogging! This is my quick morning fun! I need you! And, I'm also happy that you got a scanner. I only made it through some of the photos, but it was fabulous! I'll be back tomorrow morning to finish. I actually cried.
