Snow ... oh no.

SOUR: Losing power. Not being able to shower. Not being able to use the Internet (specifically Facebook, because I am addicted). Not being able to charge the cell phone, and risking complete loss of connection from the rest of the world.

SWEET: Finally pulling yourself together enough to go grocery shopping with Sarah! Below is our cart, which contained both of our little baskets, which contained extremely random and bad-for-you food. We justified this by saying it didn't count during a snow storm.

There is peanut butter and jelly mixed together forming a product called "Goober." Gross. Why? Also, we both chose the Bi-Lo brand of squeeze cheese, cleverly called "Cheesy Does It!" For some reason we also decided we needed a jug of water. Don't ask why. And, of course, there is the double-bottle of wine. Because when you're stuck alone with your thoughts, they might as well be drunk ones.

SWEET: The snow was very pretty. I'll give it that. Unfortunately I was too pissed off about the lack of lights, heat and Internet to really enjoy it.
