SWEET: I had possibly the most amazing sushi of my life last night at a place called Sushi Love. Cheesy name, but the food made up for it. And the best part? On Tuesdays, the sushi is half off. Half off! We're talking $10 rolls for HALF OFF! And it was all delicious. I've had bad sushi, I've had OK sushi, I've had good sushi, but last night, I had fucking awesome sushi! For half off! They also had $2.50 sake bombs. I'm not such a big fan of sake, but I'm going to try to become one just so I can take advantage of this special.
SWEET/SOUR: There's this weird phenomenon in Durham -- Yuengling pint glasses with puppies on them. I don't understand. They are everywhere! I got one at the first bar I visited here ... and have had one at almost every bar ever since (and that's a lot of bars). Last night, our Sapporos even came with them! Puppy glasses at a sushi restaurant! So strange. What do these puppies have to do with Yuengling? Or any sort of beer for that matter? I don't get it.
SWEET: I'm enjoying the rain. Especially when sleeping. Hellooooo, Ida.
SOUR: Last night my cat bit the top of my head.
