SWEET: Cinco de Mayo festivities with Sarah. Taco & Tequila was packed and loud, which was a change considering we're usually the only ones in the place. The margaritas were only $2.95, and the arroz con pollo, while $10.95 was still enough to make two meals. Hola, leftovers! I had a really nice time, and thankfully, there were no drunk men waxing sentimental about the quality of the soup and telling us jokes ... What do you get when you cross an elephant and a rhino? 'el-if-i-no! Get it? That's a hard one to write out. There was also a terrible one involving a merry-go-round, but that one is too crappy to even try to write.
SOUR: Episodes of TV shows -- NCIS in particular -- that involve someone dying dramatically in the final minutes to slow music. I could tell it was going to happen, but still. Made me tear up.

And: I suspect we will never encounter a more annoying man than the El-if-i-no guy. I still remember the look on your face when he was trying to chat us up. It was like you were dying inside.
