SWEET: It's not the prime time for oysters, but that didn't stop these from being pretty f-ing delicious on Saturday. And for only 39 cents a pop during Happy Hour, they were cheap as well!


SOUR: I realized toward the end of dinner that the ceiling had been leaking on me the entire time. I told the waiter, who replied, "Well, it's a good thing this restaurant isn't a submarine!" Ummmmm ...

SWEET/SOUR: Last Thursday I drove home in the worst downpour I've ever experienced. All the cars were going about 20 mph in the 65 mph zone, but once the car in front of me decided to pull onto the shoulder, there was no question about what I was going to -- pull in right behind that guy. I could not see a thing. Once the rain finally stopped and the traffic stopped enough for me to pull back onto the highway, it was like a rainbow bomb exploded in northern Lincoln County! They were everywhere! I tried my best to get pictures, but I was using my cell phone, it was raining and I was driving. Not the best combo. Anyway, here's one of my attempts. There are actually two rainbows present!
