I spent a fantastic night on the balcony last night with Mary, whom I live with but never see. We drank enormous cans and bottles of cheap beer, and we talked. A LOT. Sometimes I wonder how our neighbors haven't complained yet, especially considering that the subject matter we're discussing is usually for mature audiences only. When we drained our beers, there was nowhere else to turn but toward the Crown. Only problem was that we had nothing -- and I mean nothing -- to mix it with. So we mixed that shit with water and drank it on the rocks. I think I grew chest hair.

SWEET: In a mere hour and a half, I will have New Kids on the Block tickets!! OMG. I have been made fun of a lot for this, but I DO NOT CARE!! How awesome will it be to get to see a group that was an obsession during my elementary years??

SWEET: On the same note, concerts in general. This summer/fall, I saw/will see: Kid Rock (well, some of it anyway), Radiohead, Tom Petty, Bryan Adams and Foreigner (lol), Journey, Heart and Cheap Trick, and NKOTB! And more could be added! There was discussion Wednesday night about purchasing $130 tickets to the sold-out Coldplay show in Atlanta. Crazy, but I would totally do it.

SOUR: This produce situation is stressing me out. I read an article online about tainted jalepeno peppers and avocados being distributed by some Mexican food company in Charlotte. Now, the tainted tomatoes didn't really concern me that much, cause I'm not a huge tomato fan (unless in salsa or bloody mary form). But now this is affecting jalepenos and avocados?! Que horrible!
